After the order is delivered, customers should contact Bag of Green within 2 hours for any return/replacement or complaints.
Any product-related issues should be reported within 2 hours post-delivery.
Refunds are processed under the following scenarios:
Refunds will be initiated by Bag of Green within 2 working days.
Customers typically receive refunds from the payment gateway provider within 10 to 14 working days depending on the payment method.
For cash on delivery transactions, customers may opt to receive refunds in the Bag of Green Wallet.
Bag of Green will not be responsible for any delays in refund processing by the customer’s bank. Customers must follow up directly with their banks, and we will provide any required documentation or assistance.
Products should be returned at the time of delivery if the customer is not satisfied with the quality or freshness. Returned products will be accepted, and a credit note for the value of the return will be issued to your account for use in future purchases.
Bag of Green shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from any product defect or fitness for use.
In the event of a delivery issue, Bag of Green's liability shall not exceed the value of the affected product.
